Disclaimer
This is not me starting my electronic career in case you’re wondering. This page is a general disclaimer. It is beyond the scope of this website to train anyone in the proper safety precautions in working on electronic equipment.
The information on this site is for entertainment purposes only. You are responsible for your own safety to yourself and your equipment. Seek out training from qualified individuals.
I cannot be held responsible for any damage to yourself or your equipment in any way whatsoever.
I cannot stress it enough on these pages. You must know what you are doing at all times when repairing or building electronic equipment. Never ever work on gear that you depend on unless you know exactly what you are doing. DO NOT modify a circuit just to see what it will do. You must know exactly what you are doing. You have to seek out people that know more than you and watch over their shoulder or whatever you have to do to gain experience.
Remember you are dealing with lethal voltages, take caution and educate yourself.
You can save a lot of money by learning simple repair techniques like soldering and how to read a volt/ohm meter. At the same time you can cost yourself a lot of money by hoping you’re doing something correctly. Not only will you still have the original problem but you may have created a much larger one by poking around inside your equipment.
Remember use common sense and know when you’re in over your head.
